  A fantastic experience staying her for the last year and a half. Clean and quiet great pool and work out room. And many thanks to Autumn who is always there for me if I have any issues. She is a great representative for your company.

  This is one of the nicest properties I have seen, after searching through multiple options. We spoke with Brookelyn and she couldn’t have been an sweeter and the most helpful to our needs. Please check out this community if you looking to move. Great amenities and staff!!

  PLEASE CHECK OUT YELP FOR MORE PICTURES!!!! Including the roaches! (I don't know why google wouldn't let me post them)
  
  -The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor's music and poor choice of TV shows.
  -During Harvey, water leaked through window seals.
  -The water smells like a sewer. I came back from vacation and did some laundry and smelled like a giant had farted all over my apartment. They have been telling people they'll get it fixed SINCE THEY OPENED!!
  -Trash gets piled up at the dumpster: those poor maintenance guys have a stick just to shove trash bags in.
  -ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Probably due to the trash.
  -Literally NO ONE cleans up after their dogs. There is fecal matter all in the "dog park" and even right in front of this person's door on the sidewalk.
  
  So glad I moved out. Hope this has been informative. Do yourself a favor and find some other place to live.

  I checked this apartment out on January 17, 2018. I was immediately surprised by the customer service and the office area. They're really great here! A lot of amenities are offered: salt water pool, exercise room, game/media room, and 3-4 computers to use with free wifi in the office. Also, a small kitchen where they offer coffee and small bottled waters. The floor plan I looked at had 2 different locations available for me to check out and I got to see both. I worked with Nancy to set up my renter's contract and Nancy was very patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me have everything organized and in order to be approved and to have complete access to my apartment by the end of the day. I've only had a couple of issues, but I can call in, fill out a report/service request and it's either done same day or next day. It's really awesome - their service department is really prompt and trustworthy. I have really enjoyed my time with North Haven. It's my hidden gem. It's pretty quiet. They offer an awesome car washing/detailing area in the back of the complex, and the mailboxes are all kept near the front entrance. I don't have anything negative to say about the apartments or the management. They've been great so far!

  I’ve lived at cortland North Haven Apartments for 4 years. I had heard negative stories, in general, about apartment living. Well, my experience at North Haven has been spectacular.
  The management staff are amazing. The manager, Sheila, is absolutely professional, friendly, courteous, and effective in her position. I can, without a doubt, say the same for Autumn, assistant manager. Both of them are caring, eager to please, and have a high level of expectation for their entire staff. They set the example for all of the employees at North Haven.
  Now... the best part. I love living at North Haven. It is quiet, safe, beautiful, and close to shopping, restaurants, toll road and outlet mall.
  The maintenance staff are professional, courteous, and responsive. I’ve never waited more than a day to get non-emergency issues resolved. Emergency issues are resolved immediately.... even on Sunday's or holidays.
  I have a choice where I live. I chose to live here! I’ll continue to live here! This is HOME!
